Shipping policy

All orders ship in 3-5 weeks unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Please purchase on-hand items separately for immediate processing.

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or A.P.O./F.P.O. addresses. Orders cannot be shipped COD. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. All purchases are shipped to the address provided when placing the order.

Eleven Four does not include international customs fees in its shipping fare. Please be prepared for the potential of additional fees if you are ordering from outside of North America. Buyer is responsible for all international customs and duties.
